I was also susprised at how much more shots hit once you gain more fps. It really helps, I would recommend this to anyone.

7 fps is litterally unplayable, i really doubt you get that. Try -useff and make sure in ur video settings its at 640x480 specular shadows decals OFF. particles off and textures on medium.

The minimum fps a person can play decently with is about 15+ anything under that and it will just look like a slideshow

Well, I do, and it's because I have a bad Intel (R)integrated chip, and 256 RAM, -useff none of that helps me, I got videos of me playing with 4-8 fps...

i play on exactly what you said, everything on low or off, and i still get a solid 25-30 fps. But thats prolly just cus my comp succs

Well for one 3.7 is a pretty high clock so that helps him plus he didnt say the gfx card he has. But yeah 30 fps for that sounds about right. I had a stupid celeron for a while :/. Also where the fuck did u find 320mb of ram lol...never seen that b4.
